Four Corners Area

East of the Valley of the Gods, spreading across southeast Utah and southwest Colorado is Hovenweep National Monument.  Its six clusters of ruins represent the peak of the Pueblo Indian era.  Hovenweep is believed to have been inhabited as late as 700 years ago.
