Friday's Filipino buffet included a whole lechon as well as other favorites including pancit, chicken adobo, and lumpia.  The dessert table included various rice cakes such as puto, bibingka and kutchinta but the centerpiece was a very impressive (and long) "make-it-yourself" halo-halo table. Unlike Susie, I'm not too fond of halo-halo but I was  driven by the variety to concoct a halo-halo of mainly macapuno and nangka over mango ice cream (with crushed ice of course).
