1. Rates are per person.
2. Rates include dining room and cabin gratuities.
3. You may request a cabin type not shown above.
4. Trip cancellation insurance available for additional fee.

  Registration 

1. We no longer have a block of cabins.  Please contact Sharon Soldan about availability of cabins and current price. You will still be part of our group.

2. Final payment of balance is due by March 3, 2006.

3. For cabin reservation & deposit, download & complete this registration form and then e-mail the complete form to Sharon Soldan at the address on the bottom of the form.                                        

(If you do not want to put your credit card info on the form, leave that portion blank. After e-mailing Sharon the form, call her at 800-270-2639 to give her your credit card information.  You are not registered until Sharon receives the credit card information.)

7. After reserving a cabin, please also pay the $35 registration fee (adults only) for pasalubong  bag.  You can pay by PayPal using the "Buy Now" link below. 
     (Using Paypal adds a small "administrative" fee to the total.)

Note: To use PayPal, your browser must be set to "Allow session cookies".
(In IE, this setting is in Tools / Internet Options and then under
  either Privacy or Security tab, depending on your IE version.)

At PayPal link, change the number of registrations from default of 1 to your quantity.
